Principal's Message

Dear Parents:

We have very exciting news at Madroña! Yes, Madroña is eligible for a nomination as a California Distinguished School; we are in the process of writing our application and looking forward to qualifying for a visit in the spring. Meet Our Teachers, Staff & Students

Each month we introduce you to some of our teachers, staff and student leaders who have made a difference and help us shape
Madroña Elementary. We thank them with Madroña style.

Just as we did last month, this month we continue to feature our Parent and Community Involvement. On any given day, dozens of parents help in the office, library, and numerous classrooms. Last year alone, our parents logged approximately 7900 volunteer hours. Scores of parents, and even grandparents, participate weekly in classroom activities to promote academic, artistic, social, and emotional growth. We congratulate each and everyone of them and say thank you for your terrific accomplishments. Go mustangs!
